Chassis Design:The housing features a light-color scheme for a visually uplifting aesthetic, eliminating the oppressive feel typical of industrial equipment. All structural components are precision-engineered from premium cold-rolled steel, laser-cut and single-strike pressed for seamless integration. The compact yet robust cabinet design ensures durability. For spark-prone applications, an optional front-mounted spark arrestor prevents internal ignition risks.
Filtration Unit:Equipped with an inlet deflector for airflow distribution and coarse particle protection, the system utilizes vertically mounted cartridge filters with quick-release end caps for effortless maintenance. The large filtration area and reduced air velocity extend filter life, while polyester membrane media (99.9% efficiency @0.3μm) exceed emission standards.
Fan Module:Aerodynamically optimized impellers – die-cast with precision-balanced (<G4.0 per GB/T 1236) aluminum alloy – deliver high efficiency and sub-65dB operation. Proprietary noise-dampening technology ensures consistent performance across power variants.
Control System:The externally mounted PLC control panel avoids internal dust contamination, enhancing reliability. Custom operational modes can be programmed for specific process requirements.
Application Scope
This system is specifically engineered for centralized management of welding fumes, plasma/laser cutting emissions, and grinding/polishing/new material processing dust. Customized capture hoods and ducting systems can be designed to accommodate unique workshop conditions, with modular industrial dust collectors available in airflow capacities from 3,000 to 50,000 m³/h for precise application matching.

1. Equipment quality assurance period: one year after-sales service for the whole machine.
2. If there are quality problems with system parts during the warranty period, service engineers will provide telephone or on-site services at any time. Our company is responsible for free replacement of parts and services for any damage or damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, except for conventional consumables (such as: chuck jaws, chuck rollers, support rollers, lubricating oil, copper nozzles, lenses, etc.) and accidents caused by user violations.
3. During the domestic warranty period, we will follow up and reply within 2 hours after receiving the maintenance notice. If the telephone or fax still cannot eliminate the fault, our technical service personnel can rush to the site within 48 hours.
4.
