Chassis Design:The modular design reduces overall weight and footprint while optimizing component efficiency and service life. All structural components are precision-fabricated from premium cold-rolled steel via laser cutting and single-strike pressing. Corrosion-resistant coating ensures durability in harsh environments. Stainless steel collection bins facilitate heavy-duty handling of industrial dusts, solid particulates, and liquid-solid mixtures.

Filtration Unit:An inlet deflector ensures even airflow distribution and pre-filters large particles. Vertically mounted cartridges with quick-release end caps enable tool-free maintenance. Polyester membrane media achieves 99.9% filtration efficiency (ISO 16890 ePM1 compliant) for emission compliance.

Fan Module:Die-cast impeller assemblies with precision balancing (<G4.0 per GB/T 1236) deliver stable operation at ≤65dB(A). Proprietary acoustic treatment maintains consistent noise levels across power variants.

Application Scope

This system is specifically designed for centralized treatment of welding fumes, plasma and laser cutting smoke, grinding and polishing dust, new material processing dust, partial woodworking dust, and recycled material processing dust. After Sales Service

1. Equipment quality assurance period: one year after-sales service for the whole machine.
 
2. If there are quality problems with system parts during the warranty period, service engineers will provide telephone or on-site services at any time. Our company is responsible for free replacement of parts and services for any damage or damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, except for conventional consumables (such as: chuck jaws, chuck rollers, support rollers, lubricating oil, copper nozzles, lenses, etc.) and accidents caused by user violations.
