1. Warranty period for the entire equipment: One year for after-sales service.

2.If there are quality problems with system components during the warranty period, the service engineer will provide telephone or on-site service at any time.  Our company is responsible for providing free replacement parts and services for any damage or damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself, except for routine consumables (such as chuck jaws, chuck rollers, support rollers, lubricating oil, copper nozzles, lenses, etc.) and those who are responsible for user violations.
 
3.During the warranty period, we will assign a dedicated person to follow up and respond within 2 hours after receiving the repair notice.  If the fault cannot be resolved by phone or fax, our technical service personnel can arrive at the scene within 48 hours.
