Under certain pressure, due to dynamic effects, there is a significantdifference in the diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen on carbonmolecular sieves.In a short period of time, oxygen molecules are heavilyadsorbed by carbon molecular sieves, and nitrogen molecules areenriched in the gas phase, achieving the goal of oxygen nitrogenseparation.Due to the signifcant difference in the adsorption capacity of carbonmolecular sieves for oxygen with different pressures, reducing thepressure can desorb the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbonmolecular sieves for regeneration and repeated recycling.Adopting two adsorption tower processes, one tower adsorbs toproduce nitrogen, the other tower desorbs and regenerates, withalternating cycles to continuously produce high-quality nitrogen.
